Women’s Forum’s Annual Auction, Chili

communications coordinator for the
Clayton State Office of Image and
Communications, has announced that bid-

To date, the auction has raised $2,482.
The Quilt Raffle, donated each year by
Lou Brackett of the Center for
Instructional Development, was won by
the Athletic Department’s Pat Keane, rais-
ing $540. The 2012 Chili Cook-Off raised
$520.
Pam Healan, from the College of Arts &
Sciences, has also announced the winners
in both categories of the Chili Cook-Off.
The Judges Choice first place winner was
Dr. Michelle Furlong, chair of the Clayton
State Department of Natural Sciences,
leading to some speculation that a biology
lab was used to cook up the chili. Second
place went to Facilities Management’s
Michael Campbell, and third to retired
(though not retiring) Clayton State
Professor Dr. Tom Eddins.
The first place People’s Choice Award
went to Campbell, for his deer meat chili,
though not for the deer head he brought
along for the Cook-Off. Second place
went to OITS’ Todd Birchfield, and third
