JIM HEINZEL

Heinzel became the first Delta em- ployee in the ICAPP-funded pro- gram at the Clayton State – Fayette instructional site to graduate and be promoted as a result of his Aviation Administration degree. Heinzel, who has worked with Delta since 1988, received his A.A.S. from Clayton State in 1990. His new position at Delta involves the management of the GSE Engineering group, Techni- cal Analyst group, GSE Training group, GSE Technical Publications group, and ULD (aircraft luggage containers and cargo pallets) group.
