• Thursday November 14 from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
at the SAC.
• Pick up your new/renewed Sam’s Club member-
ship cards and/or gift cards and gift bags at the
Benefits Fair or in HR on Friday
• Wear tie-dye or retro clothing from the 60’s or
70’s and receive an extra raffle ticket
• Waffle House will serve waffles in the morning
• Chili’s will have appetizer samples around
lunchtime
• Kaiser will be on site with healthy cooking
demonstrations and samples in the afternoon
• We’re giving away two 26” bicycles – one ladies
and one men’s retro cruiser
• Wells Fargo is giving away a beautiful ceramic
Wells Fargo Stagecoach cookie jar
• Eye Med is giving away a pair of designer sun-
glasses; most other vendors providing door prizes
• Many prizes raffled off throughout the day includ-
ing baskets donated by university departments– you
don’t have to be present to win
• Employees will receive one raffle ticket just for
visiting the fair and registering
• Employees who visit our Platinum Sponsor tables
will receive two extra raffle tickets for prize draw-
ings
• There will be games and trivia for prizes
• Donate to the sick leave pool while you’re at the
fair
• Drop off a donation to The Rainbow House
Children’s Shelter and receive a special gift and an
extra raffle ticket. Donation list found at
