Recreation & Wellness to Host
AFAA’s APEX Event, Feb. 8 to Feb. 10
The Clayton State University Department
of Recreation & Wellness is proud to host
the Aerobics and Fitness Association of
America’s (AFAA) semi-annual APEX
event in the University’s Student
Activities Center from Feb. 8 to Feb. 10,
2013.
During APEX, AFAA, the world's largest
fitness and TeleFitness® educator, offers
certifications and workshops in multiple
cities for the special price of only $99 per
day, per program. The training is targeted
to primary group exercise instructor and
kickboxing instructors seeking certifica-
tion for the first time, or renewing a certi-
fication.
The primary group exercise instructor cer-
tifications will take place on Friday, Feb.
8, and Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, while the
kickboxing instructor certification will
take place on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013.
