International CEOs Work
With Clayton State MBA Students
— John Shiffert
Clayton State University MBA students in Dr. Leon Prieto’s International
Business & Global Logistics summer semester class have had the opportu-
nity to work with two international CEOs; Rami Abu Ghazaleh of the success-
ful Saudi Arabian fast food restaurant, ALBAIK, and Dar Vasseghi, of Yoshi-
noya America, a quick service restaurant originally founded in Japan in 1899.
All parties involved agree it was a case of dreams made real.
“Working with Rami Abu Ghazaleh, CEO of ALBAIK, was such a great experi-
ence for me! I had never worked with someone from Saudi Arabia before;
therefore, I didn’t know what to expect,” says Angela Harrison, an MBA
(Supply Chain) student from Little Rock, Ark. “Mr. Ghazaleh was very accom-
modating and willing to assist us with whatever we needed to successfully
complete our SWOT and PEST analysis project in spite of his very busy
schedule. He not only supplied us with the necessary information and tools
needed for the project, but also offered some advice on life that will stick with
me forever. Working with him on this project was an experience that I will
never forget.”
